Fully versed in all aspects of RF antenna, paging and cell system operation, installation, commissioning and turn-up as well as VSAT/microwave/fiber/copper transport systems maintenance, testing and troubleshooting including routine maintenance of HVAC.

Cellular collocate site; Strong familiarity with switching and transport facilities for trunk interconnections to main CO/BSC/BSS, power feed connection and common ancillary equipment/systems.

Cellular, Paging, WISP and RF systems; Experience in RF intermodulation isolation, interference avoidance, root cause investigation, hardline sweep, antenna system gain/loss analysis and RF Repeater power optimization, cell/sector handover testing and call processing/drop testing.

BSC/MSC/BSS/OSS facilities; Extensive hands-on with Nortel OMC-R/BSC and Ericsson RNC/BSS system operation, parameter configuration, site/cell RF datafill, software patch loading, network/cell KPI data analysis and trending, telco circuit cutover/troubleshooting, Tier II support to Field staff and NOC, service outage escalation SPOC, network/circuit documentation, QC prime and vendor liaison.
